We stand behind our products. If a product does not deliver the value we promised, we want to make it right. This page explains our money-back guarantee and how to request a refund.
Our standard money-back guarantee is 30 days from the date of purchase. If a product does not deliver what we promised, email us within 30 days and we will refund you — applied honestly and with no hard feelings.
Some products carry their own, longer guarantee, stated clearly on that product's own sales page. Where a product's page states a specific guarantee, that guarantee applies to that product in place of the standard 30 days.

Once approved, refunds are returned through the same payment channel you used to buy. We process approved requests as quickly as we can — usually within a few business days. When you close a purchase with a refund, access to that product and its license may be removed.
